These terms govern your use of Knotwork’s website and product. By using Knotwork, you agree to them.
The service
Knotwork provides a platform for virtualizing legacy desktop applications into cloud nodes and building automated workflows across them, including autonomous agent execution.
Your account
- You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account.
- You must have the right to connect any application, account, or data source you configure Knotwork to access.
- You’re responsible for reviewing and approving automations before granting them unattended, 24/7 execution.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Knotwork to:
- Access systems or data you’re not authorized to access.
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party terms of service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service.
Fees & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.
Intellectual property
Knotwork retains all rights to the platform itself. You retain all rights to your own data and workflow configurations.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Knotwork is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knotwork is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including from errors in automated workflows you configure and approve.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or for non-payment.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
